"The Fisherman's Escape"

"The Fisherman’s Escape" is inspired by my volunteer work on Flat Holm, a place that has continually sparked my creativity. Often, while collecting driftwood during walks along Penarth, I found inspiration for this piece. Crafted almost entirely from driftwood, the sculpture reflects my commitment to sustainability, both in its materials and methods of creation. This piece was featured as part of my graduate show in June 2024 and, along with my other lighthouses, served as a centrepiece for the Centre of Entrepreneurship's award ceremony.
